Thinking while Running

June 24, 2011, Arise back to life with an hour meditate, studied followed by an essay 10 mile meditative run, and my thoughts.  Be in the moment, be neither in yesterday nor tomorrow. The moment is a change of what occurred yesterday, and the future when it arrives, in the meantime read, meditate, exercise and show a great appreciation for the moment.
