Thinking while Running

June 30, 2011, up at 3.00AM with 30 minutes Meditation followed by an easy 11 mile meditative run my thoughts, being pessimistic is like heating your subconscious with a 5000 pound baseball bat, but being optimist everyday is tell thyself subconscious I can do anything with a ascetic mind set.

My thoughts life is too short 36,500 days 876,000 hours, 5,200 weeks  are the number of days, hours and weeks someone has if they live up to a 100 years old. Let’s enjoy this short period together by respecting one another.

The moment is a change of what occurred yesterday, and the future when it arrives, in the meantime read, meditate, exercise and show a great appreciation for the moment.

Never give up your dream in life even when it’s not given you the status in life that you expected. Add another dream to the first one and practice the two diligently.  Just because you prevail excellence of a talent does not mean you have to shine, sometimes it might mean for you to help other’s shine.

June 21, 2011 at 2.30AM roll out of my bed  excited for no reason, with a 50 minutes meditation, 30 minutes of yoga, then an 8.5 meditative run.  My thoughts one of the things that most people do not take a break from is eating. Now that is a life style, that same energy that we put in to our eating every day, how about using that same energy every day to love, respect, meditate, read, exercise and pray?

Stop worrying about how slow or fast you run or walk. Look up to the sky and let your mind travel afar, say hello to the moon watch it change directions and colors, be the king of the world, feel the blood that rushes through your brain, and the gravity that pushes you each time you take a step. Heal old wounds on the run or walking. Above all before the end of your walk or run, come back ready to take on any challenges that are at your surroundings.

Thinking while Running

June 17, 2011 at 2.30AM arise after a period of absence from the body with a 50 minutes meditation, followed by a nice easy 5 mile meditative run. My thought, while running being a warrior or strong is neither about how much weight you can lift, how far you can run, nor how many people you can Karate shop, but how silent, and patient you are, without being a push over. Since all this is emendation of ours as a being, it can be channel to proper use through mediation, yoga, read and exercising.

Thinking while Running

June 14, 2011, At 2.30 after a 4 hour absence of thought I arise, with 1 hour of meditation,20 minutes of Yoga followed by a 5 mile meditative run. As I look up the sky, my first glimpse of the moon was very low and clear, next time I looked up, this time it changes color to orange almost like fire.
My thought do you have friends or family that has lied to you?  Yes I reply, but the truth is how often do we lie to ourselves. It’s easy to get mad when we are lie too, what about the one we lied to ourselves 265 days out of 365. Read meditate, exercise and practice Yoga, discover who you are internally not by name or tittle.

Thinking while Running

June 12, 2011, late start at 5.30, a with 30 minute Meditation followed by an 8.5 meditative run. My thought, everything you need to know lays in the mind and brain, but in most case the minds thought over weight brain. Every bad energy or decisions are revealing to us by the brain for an hour a day, but the mind gives its own opinion for the rest of the 23 hours.
After 2 hours of the same thought coming into the mind it turns in to pleasure then delusion which get out of control for you to handle. Connect the mind and brain together through meditation, yoga, reading, and exercising.
Stay in motion with the universe.

Thinking while Running

June 11, 2011, Meditation, Reading and Yoga by 3.30AM nice easy 26 miles meditative run.  While on the trail I was greeted by fire bugs up high both left and right of the trail. Each time the bug light a new born arrives and another dies. My thought to have faith is wonderful, but to have understanding makes one realize there is no wrong or wright, but a mind with emotion, fear and delusion.

June 10, 2011 at 3.00AM I arise back to the universe without having recollection of where I was for the past 4.00 hours. Meditate, read with an 8.5 meditative run. My thought, we are it all so whenever anger arise due to circumstance focus and channel that energy back to where it came from, by the time you realize it, that anger would disappears like a cloud in the sky that makes way for sunshine to arise.
This is easily said, but I have to admit it takes years of Mediating, Yoga and Meditative run every day ascetically.

Thinking while Running

June 2, 2011, Back to normal, 2.30AM arise to the beautiful universe with gratefulness, because some were hear  yesterday, but gone today. For that reason in celebration I meditate for 30 minutes, read for 30, with an easy 6.5 miles of laugher. After a run I like the whole idea of doing Yoga, meditate then eat my lunch with a 15 minutes nap, before I start my day.
My thought while running today, running with no ego, and I must admit to myself guilty. Each time someone passes me I feel the need to run after that individual, while thinking to myself, yes this is it run him/her to the ground, and show them who is the boss, but I reality I just run myself to the ground for no reason, my ego even assured me, by telling me in my delusion head” ”that is what running is all about.
But as time goes on! Practicing Yoga, Meditation and reading everyday lets me realize that running with ego does not allow me to push myself, nor does it improve my running. Now that the realization has come to me consciously, my goal in running is to be able to run the next day and the day after. 
Run to encourage others and run the day after and the next day for you.

Thinking while Running

June 1, 2011, Another late star 4.00AM arise meditate, with an easy 3 mile run, for some reason I am a little of balance, with mix feeling  that consist of happiness confused and at peace. In the real world that is stress.  So my thought of the today while running controlling the ego. 
When words are being said in a bad manner! Especially the painful ones, let’s think before we react, as for myself I think about them during my runs. At that moment the truth always plays its roll with a question mark?
Think before you react to the EGO.
