June 21, 2011 at 2.30AM roll out of my bed excited for no reason, with a 50 minutes meditation, 30 minutes of yoga, then an 8.5 meditative run. My thoughts one of the things that most people do not take a break from is eating. Now that is a life style, that same energy that we put in to our eating every day, how about using that same energy every day to love, respect, meditate, read, exercise and pray?
