June 17, 2011 at 2.30AM arise after a period of absence from the body with a 50 minutes meditation, followed by a nice easy 5 mile meditative run. My thought, while running being a warrior or strong is neither about how much weight you can lift, how far you can run, nor how many people you can Karate shop, but how silent, and patient you are, without being a push over. Since all this is emendation of ours as a being, it can be channel to proper use through mediation, yoga, read and exercising.
