June 19, 2011 up at 5.00AM meditate, read followed by an easy 17 mile meditative run. My thoughts discover who you are, and not while running or walking. Stop worrying about how slow or fast you run or walk. Look up to the sky and let your mind travel afar, say hello to the moon watch it change directions and colors, be the king of the world, feel the blood that rushes through your brain, and the gravity that pushes you each time you take a step. Heal old wounds on the run or walking. Above all before the end of your walk or run, come back ready to take on any challenges that are at your surroundings.
