Just

August 9, 2011 arise at 2.00AM by being silent followed by an easy 9. 5-mile meditative runs my thoughts smiling is very important. If we are not able to smile, then the world will not have peace. It is not by going out for a demonstration against nuclear missiles that we can bring about peace. It is with our capacity of smiling, breathing, and being peace that we can make peace.

Just

August 7, 2011 arise at 5.30AM with a 20 minutes meditation followed by an easy recovery meditative 13 mile run. After a hard, easy and enjoyable meditative 50 mile run yesterday, my thoughts when we learn to maintain a calm and peaceful mind all day long, we would never experience any problems or mental suffering. If our mind remains peaceful all the time, even when we are insulted, criticized, we will still be able to maintain some level of happiness.

Just

August 5, 2011, up at 3.00AM meditate followed by an easy 8.5 mile meditative run my thoughts, during my meditative running experience when it rains I  can hear the pattern of the drops. I can hear it with my ears, or hear it out in deep silence. Because I hear it with complete silence of the mind, I see the beauty of it  that cannot be put into words or onto canvas, above all that beauty is something beyond self-expression at  that moment.

Meditating while Running

August 4, 2011, arise back at 3.30AM with 40 minutes meditation followed by an easy 5-mile meditative run my thoughts, treat people the way you would like to be treated. The essence of love and compassion is understanding, the ability to recognize the physical, material, and psychological suffering of others, to put ourselves "inside the skin" of the other. We "go inside" their body, feelings, and mental formations, and witness for ourselves their suffering. Shallow observation as an outsider is not enough to see their suffering. We must become one with the subject of our observation. When we are in contact with another is suffering, a feeling of compassion is born in us. Compassion means, literally, "to suffer with."

August 3, 2011 at 2.30AM I arise with a 40 minutes meditation followed by an easy 10 miles meditative run my thoughts , “Meaningful success is a matter of expressing on the outside some of the unique and abundant value that’s on the inside. Every great achievement begins as a vision, guided by purpose, and ends as a real, tangible fact.
Whatever you truly desire, you already have within you. Fulfilling that desire is a process of bringing it to life in the world around you.
In each true desire is the energy for its fulfillment. Your job is to put that energy to focused and effective use. “
— Ralph Marston

Thinking while Running

August 2, 2011, up like with excitement with a 50 minutes meditation followed by an easy 9.5 meditative run my thoughts, ‘Be brave enough to live life creatively. The creative is the place where no one else has ever been. You have to leave the city of your comfort and go into the wilderness of your intuition. You cannot get there by bus, only by hard work and risk and by not quite knowing what you are doing. What you will discover will be wonderful. What you’ll discover will be yourself.’

Thinking while Running

August 1, 2011 Happy first day of August at 2.30AM I arise to the most beautiful universe with a 50 minutes meditation followed by an easy 8.5 meditative run my thoughts, today let your love flow outward through the universe to its height, its depth, its broad extent a limitless love  without hatred or enmity. Then as you stand or walk, run sit or lie down, as long as you are awake, strive for this with a one-pointed mind, above all allow mind to bring heaven to earth.
