Thinking while Running

May 31, 2011, arise at 4.00AM another late start this time with 20 minutes meditation followed by a 2 mile run. My thoughts, I hate not having money, not having a good car and not having a job. After 1.2 mile a little glance at the sky, a big question arises into my brain, Can you walk? Did you eat last night? Are you going to have food to eat earlier on today? Did you have a balm movement this morning without some tube stock in you throat? Would love to be living in Iraq at the moment? Can you imagine trying to run or train for a 5k, 10K, half Marathon or a Marathon? What about all the natural occurrences that Mother Nature has dump on us in Georgia and across the world? The Tsunamis, Earth quakes and the thunder storms?  I am going to be thankful for the moment and not think about what I do not have.  Let our running be the time to think about ourselves, others and the whole universe.
Think while you run.

Running

May 30, 2011 Arise at 4.00AM meditate for 40 minutes, read for 30 minutes then a quick 9.5 non workout run with a 30 minutes Yoga. My thought while, I was running today who am I not? Then came along my beautiful imaginations, which we all have somewhere hidden in our brains.
Think positive no matter what the situation.

Running

May 29, 2011 Awoke at 2.30AM then took another nap till 6.00AM, now that was a late start. Mediate for 30 minutes read for 30 minutes with quick 8 mile run. My thought while running, words is very powerful regardless of the content it’s written or said.  Let word motivate you for a better you, even when it’s said in an angry manner.
Stay positive you are on this earth for a reason.

May 26, 2011   Awoke at 2.30AM, meditate for 30 minutes, study for 30 minutes, ran 8 miles, did yoga and meditate.  My thought of the day: Do not let anyone make you to be who you are not.
Run to relax not as a workout.

May 27, 2011 Awoke a little late at 2.55AM meditate, Yoga, read and ran only 5 miles, my thought while running everything is within their know believing and not believing.
