Thinking while Running

July 31, 2011, up at 2.30AM with a 40 minutes meditation followed by an easy 26-mile meditative run. After a 50 mile, run yesterday then another 26 today my thoughts, to enjoy good health, to bring true happiness to one's family, to bring peace to all, one must first discipline and control one's own mind. If one can control his mind he or she can find the way to Enlightenment, and all wisdom and virtue will naturally come.

Thinking while Running

July 20, 2011 arise back to life at 3.00AM with a 50 minutes meditation followed by an easy 10.5-mile meditative run my thoughts, some things we cannot control, and most of the difficult challenges are not our fault. Even so, if we wish to create real fulfillment, the way to do so is by taking responsibility anyway.
This is our life, our opportunity, and our universe of beautiful possibilities. Take responsibility for it all, no matter what; above all let us make it into a magnificent and increasingly joyful experience.

Just

July 19, 2011 up at 2.00AM with 50 minutes meditation flowed by an easy 10.5 miles my thoughts, Religion does not mean just precepts, a temple, monastery, or other external signs,
for these as well as hearing and thinking are subsidiary factors in taming the mind.
When the mind becomes the practices, one is a practitioner of religion,
and when the mind does not become the practices, one is not.
