Thinking while Running

June 2, 2011, Back to normal, 2.30AM arise to the beautiful universe with gratefulness, because some were hear  yesterday, but gone today. For that reason in celebration I meditate for 30 minutes, read for 30, with an easy 6.5 miles of laugher. After a run I like the whole idea of doing Yoga, meditate then eat my lunch with a 15 minutes nap, before I start my day.
My thought while running today, running with no ego, and I must admit to myself guilty. Each time someone passes me I feel the need to run after that individual, while thinking to myself, yes this is it run him/her to the ground, and show them who is the boss, but I reality I just run myself to the ground for no reason, my ego even assured me, by telling me in my delusion head” ”that is what running is all about.
But as time goes on! Practicing Yoga, Meditation and reading everyday lets me realize that running with ego does not allow me to push myself, nor does it improve my running. Now that the realization has come to me consciously, my goal in running is to be able to run the next day and the day after. 
Run to encourage others and run the day after and the next day for you.
