Thinking while Running

July 10, 2011, very late start with a 30 minutes meditation, followed by an easy intense meditative 20 mile, my thoughts we can put up an image to the public by telling them what they want to hear, or see but, when it come’s to pushing your body beyond what we have been told to be the impossible physically, being honest to oneself and eating in moderation is the key.
