July 27, 2011 arise at 2.00AM with a 50 minutes meditation followed by and easy 10 mile meditative run my thoughts, the same way we practice our walking running exercising etc. let’s Practice selflessness, self-mastery, seeking to serve others, continual awareness, emptiness of everything, conforming with the worlds ways, transmuting the passions, non-attachment, peaceful mind, humility, not being concerned with results, letting go, above all practice not seeing through appearances.
